High readings

It's the whole thing with the change of lifestyle, I think I have convinced myself that I'm too old to change or too set it my ways, I know it's a long road, but with the support of family and friends, and, it seems, a few dozen people I've never met, at least I won't be walking it alone :happy:

You're never too blooming old - I was 71 when I was diagnosed and was quite able to make the decision to change my diet and improve my lot - and I'm not the only real oldie who's doing this - you're just a babe in arms!! :p - so if we can, you can, and you will be the better for it! You'll get all the support you need on this forum too

I had two workmates: one was my age but at least 20 years older in attitude and outlook, :( and at the same time another workmate and good friend who was ten years older than me but who was at least as young as me in her outlook :). Something for you to ponder perhaps?
