high sugar levels

just wondering if anyone can give me any advice i woke up feeling really awful this morn tested sugar levels 16.4 i dragged myself round local woods with dog thought it might help me feel better since ive got home i feel a lot worse legs extremly heavy head buzzing just completly feeling c... just tested levels gone up to 19.9 if i was still on the fast acting insulin i would take some but im not im on victoza and levimer is there anything anybody can suggest i cant see the point in phoning dr as could not drive down to surgery the way i feel and they dont do home visits often i just feel so rough and dont know what to do
 
How are you doing, Rustyboy? Drink loads of water and phone NHS Direct - or the doctor and ask for a home visit.
