My partner and I are both diabetic and he was recently diagnosed with crohn's disease too.
He has lost a lot of weight and the hospital recommended meal replacement shakes to help him put on a bit of weight.
The frustration he's facing is that the shakes are making his blood sugars rocket ,23 and above, and is countering his health goals
My question is that does anyone please know of meal replacements that are fit for diabetics?
