Don't know what to do test my bloods an hour ago and they was 32.9 just done them now and gone down to 30.6 im so tired but afried to sleep been drinking water a lot is there anything else i should b doing
 
Hi Tigger,
ime no expert here but with blood sugars that high i would be inclined to go to hospital asap and get yourself some medical care.

Are they any better now?
What did you eat beforehand?
If they are still so high now you definately want medical help or advice. If not a+e ring Nhs direct.

I have had them that high in the past - my meter would just say HI when they went past 33. Min was triggered by running out of my meds at the time - do you know what triggered yours?
