hi ive been diabetic 11 years and its been a nightmare, on novorapid and levimer, times ive been thinking why do i ytake my insulin, my docotor keeps telling me to ajust my insulin, and no matter what i eat or drink still goes high

I'm sorry you're having such a hard time - I know lots of us struggle with controlling high levels, so you're not alone.

I've moved your thread to the 'ask a question' section, where hopefully more people will see it. Could you give us a little more ifno about your typical diet, doses, lifestyle etc, and people may be able to suggest some ideas for you.
