High Urea Low Carb/Keto?

Also urine ph on the acidic side...
Is high urea 7.3 (top of normal range is 7.0) on keto /low carb due to dehydration?
Or have I skipped too many vegetables and eaten too much meat perhaps?

How do the carnivores manage this?

Or am I just being a hypochondriac again? :D

My kidney function is apparently all good otherwise.

Strangely enough if you were to suck on a lemon or other acidic foods your body would produce more alkalising substances in the body to counterbalance it as your body does not like your blood to be anything other than neutral.

If you are still breastfeeding and have recently made these dietary changes it is likely you are a bit dehydrated so I'd go with drinking more.
