Highest/lowest Reading

Today so far

Lowest 5.9 fasting

Highest 9.9 after dinner.

Dinner was minute steak, mushrooms and tomatoes.
 
Yesterday lowest was 5.2 before evening meal, highest 8.6, 90 minutes after eating.
 
Yesterday lowest was FBG 4.8, highest 6.6 at 1 hour after breakfast

Highest 24
Lowest 11.7
Had zero sleep and skipped breakfast. Could it get any worse? Tomorrow is a new day

In a bar with friends eating a few drinks .... then asked to leave when taking meds , which was into my arm. How mad is that

Hi, just stumbled across this thread so thought I’d share my highs and lows
Lowest today 4.7 taken now 22:45pm
Highest 6.0 after evening meal (was 5.2 before eating) pork chops with celeriac and cauliflower mash, gravy, followed by a home cherry clafoutis with cream

Yesterday lowest 5.0 before evening meal, highest 7.0 two hours after evening meal.
 
Lowest 4.4 - after exercise and before breakfast (waking FBG had been 5.2)
Highest 5.7 - 1 hour after lunch
 
Yesterday highest was fbg 7.9, lowest 5.6 before evening meal.
 
Today’s highest was 5.9 taken when I woke, lowest was 5.2 taken before evening meal
Updated to show lowest 5.1 taken now, bedtime 23.25pm
