I quite like listening to audio books on my ipod, or I download podcasts from Radio 4

Really funny. Not sure I would be able to walk and laugh so much at the same time. I usually listen to my i pod. I put it on shuffle and go through the songs. When I get to the end (1794 songs at last count) I add some more and start again. I buy cd's like I used to buy chocolate.

I think it's horses and courses and what works, works! I was listening to music initially, but find that by the time one of these video's is done, I have done ten minutes and it's flown by.
