Hi all, first time pregnancy, up until about 19 weeks i was taking double amount of fast acting insulin with meals and getting good sugars but having to catch hypos in between. Hba1c =36. I feel i have hit a wall now at 20 weeks and need to take way more insulin- 60units for 60g carb to get 1 hour after eating levels within range. I haven’t increased my long acting much- 8units. Anyone had a similar experience? or any tips? Thanks!
