Hiya everyone I am Susan, Parents were from Glasgow and moved to Peterborough with my dad's parents and 2 brothers.
Me and one of my brothers were born in Eye! Parents split when my granda and dad started joining the masons. Mum took us back home to Glasgow when I was 2 and brother was 1.
I'm now 58 have 3 grown up kids and an English husband I also live in England hahaha. I'm a yo-yo!
You youngest kid is 20 so I have been type 2 diabetic since she was 2.
I'm on tablets and Novo mix 30 Insulin pen, I'm a chocoholic and fight it everyday with the love and grace of our Lord

Hello, Mrs Bouncy Ball! Welcome to the madhouse we call home. ;)
Have you tried extra dark chocolate with heavy cream or a hand of nuts? Takes the bitter edge off, and fewer carbs to shoot up for. ;) Just an idea, from a fellow chocaholic. (On top of that, quite a few chocolatiers can make sugar free pralines... If you haven't found those yet in the past 18 years, might be worth looking into!).

Anything we can do for you? Or just wanted to join our merry band? ;)
Anyway, welcome.
Jo
