Holiday letter

Hi all, going abroad for the 2nd time this year and need to know if I can use the same letter explaining my diabetes and needing my insulin with me at all times or do I need another one? At £25 a time I'm hoping I can use the same letter.

Letter? I just take my prescription list, it has my name on it, the GP and what I take.
