I am looking for a package holiday in europe malta spain which caters for diabetics and has good spa facilities.
Any recommendations?

Hello madness .

I only know of a farmhouse in the english lake district that does diabetic/coeliac meals etc .
It is run by a marrried couple who have coeliac/diabetes themselves , so they do a bed/breakfast package thing.

With the europe malta spain thing I havent a clue ... :?:
Would it be like a holistic spa package holiday you would like ?

Hopefully someone else may well know and will be along soon to help .

Hi there I have been to Malta, type 1 diabetic and it was just an ordinary package deal with breakfast and dinner, I could pick what I wanted to eat. Just try and eat a sensible diet, it can be hard though on holiday , and just enjoy yourself, where ever you go, as its only for a week or two. I would recommend Malta, it's a lovely friendly, warm and interesting island and the people were friendly too.

Hi,

Last year I went to a Riu hotel all inc. The choice of food and drink was amazing. It was very easy to eat and drink low carb.
