I'm going to Spain and America soon and was wondering how to keep my meds cool some how. Wondered how other people deal with this problem.
If you use something can you tell me what you use and where I can get them from.

I use Frio Bags. You can get them direct from the manufacturers site or Amazon do them. I've seen them in a few Boots' shops too. They are very handy when takin insulin to warmer climates and can be used again and again.
 
I used a frio last year when went to Turkey, was perfect for the job.
Going to Thailand in July for 4 weeks and going to try MedActiv ones, same principle as the frio, just want to try a different one :)
