Oh dear, have been on holiday for two weeks and lost the plot altogether. Before I went I was going to be sensible re low carbing as things had been going so well with it........well that soon went out the window, have been back a few days and still not getting back into it. Bought good food today so hopefully will get back into the swing of things tomorrow, I really hope I can do this as I was feeling so much better when low carbing and my sugars were coming down well. I have not even tested them yet as I dont want to see them high.

Well that is it off my chest fingers crossed. Hope you are all well

Hi there!

Never mind! My GP says it's fine to live a little every so often...just as long as you don't make a habit of it. I'm sure that falling off the low-carb wagon for a couple of weeks won't kill you. As a fellow low-carber I understand the guilt but life is for living and you can't let diabetes get in the way. So long as you are sensible 50 weeks of the year, you'll be fine!

I'm off on holls next month and, as it's a cruise, I somehow don't think I'll stay on the wagon either!

LOL
Juliette.

Oh a cruise that will be hard. But just enjoy it. I am determined to get back on the straight and narrow as you say I suppose a couple of weeks wont kill me.
