I am type one diabetic and going on my first ever holiday to egypt in 2 weeks. Any advice about things i should do or not do? Is there anything i need to do differently because the heat will affect me?

Hi... I go Egypt all the time (Im also type one). All I do is keep my injections cool, stay hydrated and check my bloods a bit more as they may be slightly lower due to the heat. But mainly... just have fun! ☺
