It depends how many carbs a day you're aiming for. Honey has approx 6g carbs per teaspoon.
6carbs a teaspoon doesn't sound very much.
I was told honey was pure sugar and I might as well eat a spoonful of sugar because the carbs were the same - I have no way of knowing how many carbs there are in sugar either.
