whats the story on honey guys ?
I always thought it was high in sugars but people are now saying they take it ? what about the different types ? its supposed to have good medicinal properties , does anyone take it ? is it off limits for diabetics ?

Views vary a lot on honey. It is full of various sugars so keep the quantities down. If does have other ingredients than the sugars and some of these may have medicinal qualities (I'm not an expert on this). Is suspect the medicinal aspect is over-sold but have it occasionally but in small quantities

i have been trying to find out about honey too I was only diagnosed a few weeks ago and have flu this week. I have manuka honey and have read it is okay in small doses I have been having half a teaspoon in my tea to try and help with my sore thoart but I am still weary about using it.
