Honeymoon period

Hello, I was diagnosed in Dec 2021 with type 1 and have been on Novarapid and recently started on Lantus after Levimir stopped and was taking 10 units per day. I'm only taking 6 units a day on Lantus and having a hypo at night, can I still be in a honeymoon period? I go to the gym in the afternoons and don't take any novarapid after then until the morning.
 
Apprently honeymoon period can be x amount of time no way of telling how long/short. There is also slower onset lada. You'd need to speak with HCP. I note you've said hypo at night, presume verified via fingerprick, if conistant lows, would be worth while speaking to DSN/Endo/HCP to adjust your dosage if unsure.
