Just got an email from the pump lady at my local hospital, funding still suspended, it's now pretty much a postcode lottery up here, Glasgow I think are pushing more pumps as they had some pretty bad press regarding their shockingly low numbers for pumps. No major noises being made in the East of the country yet, hopefully soon though!
