I have just tested myself before my dinner and my BS was 6.9...this is the first time ever I have had a reading this low in the past 7 weeks since I was told I have Diabetes...I am now waiting another hour to see how it is...For dinner I had a baby lamb shank from the butchers with Brussels sprouts,cauliflower and Brockley with some butter,maybe I am getting there...xox

Do you think so Jack...Normally I am 7.8 and sometimes 8.6 before I eat,I still don't understand how the sugar takes time to settle,but I will eat the same tomorrow and see how I go...xox

Just tested hour after eating and am 7.7...Is that good.
