Horrible Habit - Butter

I also like to take a decent sized knob of butter and let it melt in my mouth as my emergency snack. I don't really see how it's any worse than cheese or milk to be honest. How healthy is it? I don't know, but given that the 'sensible recommendation' from conventional wisdom would probably be a banana or some slices of Ryvita, I think I'll stick with my unsalted Welsh butter.
 
Just out of idle curiosity, does any one drink butter tea (aka Tibetan tea)?
