Hot Feet

Hi guys, im type 2, last few weeks iv suffered with very hot dry feet, driving me mad, especialy in bed, can anyone recommend a good cream or moisturiser to use, or any tips on controlling it. Cheers.

I can't help with the hot feet, my feet are always like blocks of ice, but firstly I'd suggest mentioning it to your DSN or GP to make sure it's nothing that needs checking out. The moisturiser I always recommend for feet or anywhere else is Hydromol ointment, it's very greasy but great for dry and non-dry bits, you can use it everywhere and also in the bath or if you wanted to give your feet a soak, but it can make the bath very slippery I have to use it as a soap substitute but slather it on any other bits that need it. You can get it online or in a pharmacy
