I have had type 2 diabetes now for 10 years.The last 4 years I have suffered from hot feet. Maybe suffered is the wrong word to use as my feet although can be very hot,it is not uncomfortable but like having hot water bottles on them.My feet tend to be sore all the time but the hotness can be quiet comforting.Has anyone else have hot feet and how do they feel about it,plus,is this due to nerve endings in the feet being damaged?
 
I've had hot feet for more than 40 years. Doctors back then didn't accept the term. Recently prescribed very
mild dose of one Amitriptyline tablet at night. Works a treat. Zzzzzz.
