Thank you I am sat writing notes now and I have asked my husband to come with me to my appointment. I am deaf and I think sometimes that makes things harder because whilst I am a good lip reader and I don't struggle with communication some Drs don't make any effort to be deaf aware at all.
And I can't carry on like this xx
 
I had hormone tests to find out if I was going through menopause and that was over 10 years ago now, so the tests certainly do exist. Hope you manage to get it sorted, those flashes are horrible!
