Hi
I am a catering manager and I am serving community meals in my area and I have now taken on a church group to cater for.
I would like some hot pudding recipes that are tasty and are easily baked for upto 80 people , I have no problem in converting
recipes to cater for this amount of people but would like some ideas on recipes.
Thank you in advance x

Go to the cash and carry less hassle. I know they are old fashioned but I love Syrup sponge, Spotted ****, Jam roll, all with custard of course.

You haven't said what kind of hot pudding recipe you want. Different diabetics eat very different things. Low carb, low fat, high fibre, gluten free, eat well plate, Paleo... The list is endless.

I want to make all fresh puddings to keep the quality the eldery receive high, the puddings need to be
low in sugar
