Do you find a marked difference in insulin sensitivity in hot weather?
I am asking because I have found that I am using about half of my previous fast acting insulin since the weather turned a bit warmer here. It has also coincided with me going back to the gym 3 times this week after a break of 6 weeks due to an injury. But I am not working all that hard at the gym as I am pacing myself, and I am needing less insulin than when I was exercising before.
So I'm thinking it could be a combination of both. Not complaining, my blood sugars are much better over the past week or so!
