How can I delete my account and all details please

I just signed up for this thing, big error, I am not prepared for any of my data to be shared and want to close my account NOW and have all my details deleted. Please note that this is sensitive information under the UK Data Protection Act and there should be an easy way to delete it, which there is not.

How can I delete my account?

I'm puzzled you have only posted once and that is the one above! You have told as nothing on Fhe forum! lol The rest of your details in your account you can erase yourself!

I looked. There were no details!

You can opt out of the junk mail, or send it to your spam folder. No need to be annoyed by it any more.
 
I Don, t get any unwanted emails either.
I joined nearly 3 years ago, and still waiting for my free gifts lol
 
I got my wristband and key ring last month after requesting them over a year ago. I don't get any diabetes related spam emails.
 
I get diabetes related spam, but it emanates from another site, not this one. I know this for sure as I use a separate email account for this site only, and I have never received spam to the one connected with this site.

Do the free gifts include a functioning pancreas?
The best gift of this site is the knowledge and experienced freely shared by the participants.
 
I got my free gifts a month or so ago as well. It only took 8 months They are really underwhelming lol. The "pass the bacon I low carb" button is cute though. I do not get spam either.
 
Sorry James but the only information that seems to be available as far as I can see is your first name and the fact that you are male I am not sure that the data protection act covers this
