Hi Anon, without being able to ask what your diet is like, its hard to help but keeping your carbohydrates down will generally reduce your blood glucose levels, have a read of the forum, it comes up ALOT, also exercise is very useful if you are able
our blood glucose is higher in the mornings because our livers are unaware of our diabetes and decides we need a glucose boost to start us off until we can get breakfast digested, so it dumps some glucose into out blood, this is just our liver doing what it should do so is very normal, if you can generally get your numbers down, your morning readings should also lower.
