im a type two and my sugar levels are around 15 still after two years of trying to get it down any way i keep getting thrush both in the mouth and and penis is this common for me with high sugar and also a loss of my sex drive what can i do to rectify theses problems

Hi. With suagr levels around 15, you will have sugar in the urine all the time and you will have recurring thrush. You must get the sugar level reduced by seeing your GP and getting further meds including insulin if needed. I assume you are low-carbing anyway in an attempt to keep your sugars low? How old are you?

Apart from doing all you can to lower your blood sugar as advised by other posters, thrush responds very well and very quickly, to natural yoghurt both taken by mouth and applied to the area where thrush is appearing. It has to be natural yoghurt, not the stuff with sugar and fruit added. Just keep eating it a few times a day, roll it around your mouth and also apply it down below a few times a day and especially at night. The yoghurt will also take care of any thrush that's in your system.

thrush is very likely with high BG and 15 is High.
Do you know any particcular rreason why you can't ge it down?
What is your eating plan like?
