Blondie153, Hypos after pasta? I would ask her GP to test for coeliac when she has bloods done last as I always used to have that problem. Diabeties and coeliac are linked. Also have you done the DAFNE course? I would suggest it would be really helpful for you if you havent already :)

Thanks engineer88 she has been tested and it came back neg. I think she has possibly for the wrong carb ratios other basal rate doesn't suit. We have tried using different waves on the pump but it made the situation worse. I did the choice course here and the online Medtronic one. I'm not sure they do that other course in Ireland. M

I have a bag that i carry around with me that includes:
• Blood monitor
• Strips
• Finger pricker
• Lancets
• Glucose tablets
• Haribos
• Spare strips
• Insulin pen
• insulin needles
• wipes

I usually have snacks in my locker.
