How do you clean up the blob of blood left on the end of your finger?

hehehe

I use a small piece of tissue, wrap up my strip and lancet and put it in my sharps box.

Wow!!! Someone who changes their lancet every time!!!!!!! ;-)

My younger brother developed type 1 when he was 2, back in 1987, as opposed to me when I was 15, back in 1999........and so I must of picked up the licking the blood away habit from him......

Do you think that is how some people lick and other use a tissue/wipe........?

What other factors could be involved....?

Cannot stand licking it, just wipe it on whatever i can find

... haven't changed mine in months... I only change it when starts to hurt too much!..
I new lancet draws blood on no3 for me. When it fails to pierce the skin after repeated attempts at no6 I think about changing it :-/
