How do you eat 80% fat?

I am not sure you actually need all that fat.
By the way, you eat alot of double cream and it has considerable carbs in it.

Like less than 2g carbs per 100g weight?? :wideyed: Lettuce actually contains more...:D

If you eat very low carb you do generally need to eat a fair amount of fat as your replacement fuel source - unless you're burning off excess weight - that's why it's a low cab high fat diet...

If he didn't eat all that fat he would lose weight, and (as he says) he would actually like to gain some.

Eating LCHF is like entering a different universe. None of the normal rules apply. But boy does it work for many of us.
Personally, I feel better and weigh less than I have for maybe 15 or 20 years. My cholesterol is at Good/Excellent/Optimum ratios, and... well... life is gooood. I never said that while watching calories and fat.

the cream I buy from tesco has 2.9g per 100g and I can easily eat 200g per day which makes it 6g just from the cream, which is 30% of the 20g daily limit

Well, not everyone has 200g of cream a day. Nor do they limit themselves to 20g carbs a day.
Some do. Some don't.
It is kind of personal.

The only think I can guarantee - your LCHF diet is unique to you, and different from everyone else's.

but if I don't eat 200g cream per day, how am I going to get fat?
meat doesn't have much fat, cheese either, nuts have carbs if you eat alot, eggs nil, only butter and avocado is left and I dont like avocado and I cannot eat 100g butter

Eat the crispy skin of the chicken, buy well marbled cuts of meat, some cheeses are very high fat, bacon with your eggs, sausages can be extremely high fat, I don't like avocado either, :***::hungover: Add butter to your veggies, some salad dressings are very low carb and very high fat, MAYO is your friend, devilled eggs yummm. Macadamias are quite low carb and very high fat and you don't want to eat a lot, like 1/3 cup.

from what you say considerable amount has only the mayo and I can't eat alot of it
meat will have 30% fat in a good day and you are gonna eat 200g raw meat, from which 60g of fat only 20g I reckon will remain from cooking

macadamias have huge potential but raw are very sweet for my taste, I can't literally eat them
and I bought salted from tesco and they are ridiculously salted, maybe you can point me somewhere?

Again, remember, the percentage of fat is CALORIES. Fat has 9 calories per gram while carb and protein only have 4 calories per gram. If you eat 10 grams of protein it is 40 calories, 10 grams of fat is 90 calories. The same weight or amount, 10 grams, will be a much higher percentage of you daily calories if it is from fat. You are trying too hard. Just eat enough higher fat foods to feel satisfied, that is enough. You don't need to eat butter or mayo with a spoon and there is no set amount that you must have, we are all different. I am not in the UK so someone else will have to point you in the right direction for macadamias, they are extremely expensive here in Canada but I treat myself as I don't really eat out any more. I hope this helps :)

@writter

Make some truffles? Dark chocolate, butter and double cream. It's very easy to shovel a few down with no problem. Jamie Oliver has decent recipe online. But I use 150g 85% coco dark chocolate, knob butter, 300ml cream, splash brandy.bash your chocolate into pieces, heat the cream until hot but not quite boiling, putbthevother ingredients with choc into hot cream and stir until glossy. Put in fridge to cool. Roll into balls in coco powder when set. Bet you don't struggle to eat them! I had 3 tonight, a glass of red wine, 4oz steak, Mediterranean veg in olive oil, flax seed crackers and blue cheese. 2 hours after eating my bs was 6.1 which is good but I fasted today until Eve meal. Good luck.
