My GP's surgery does not have a diabetic nurse, but a CDE is available by appointment there. I had a couple of appointments with her that helped me sort my T2 out.but is it important to be seen by the diabetic nurse?
Can you phone them and ask for an appointment time on the phone? Looks like your emails are being ignored.... Mind you, if you've been getting the blood tests then they haven't forgotten that you're T2, but as @Antje77 said you should be given appointments to have your feet and eyes checked.....Despite my emailing the surgery several times, this has not happened.

I have had to phone to ask for the letter to get the blood tests at the local hospital. I was not told anything about eye test or feet checks. I read that on here and paid to have them done privately. I have not been given any info by my G.P.Can you phone them and ask for an appointment time on the phone?
