Just type their name exactly as you see it with an @ in front. Like this @Boo1979 As you type suggestions come up, so you may not even have to type it all!
Cheers Thats what I tried, but it came up in black text rather than red which I was presuming meant that the person had not been tagged? maybe I typed their name wrong - I’ll try again
