Although alot on here are omnivores / carnivores, some are Vegetarian and some Vegan.
It is mainly important to get good sources of fat, perhaps coconuts and nuts like walnuts and adequate protein; not just by numbers but if possible proof of absorption. I'm one for letting my meter, blood tests, physical and mental well being point to health choices. I believe
