How does it feel?

I wonder whether we can sense when the BS readings are high in our bodies?
Frankly speaking, in some mornings I have the feeling of some freshness , lightness in body . The readings taken in those days seem to be lower than usual. But, in most days when I see higher readings ,I do not really feel anything bad or abnormal . What are the views of other experienced members . It would really be interesting to learn about the chemistry of our body to understand the BS status at least ,the trend .

High blood sugars do tend to have a fair few symptoms, which vary from person to person. I find that if I'm high, my tongue feels strange for some reason. I feel high right now, even though I'm 5.5. This is because I burned my tongue on my morning coffee!

Thirst, needing the loo, tiredness and headaches can all be symptoms too.
