How does the doctor know?

ShyGirl I am sorry I cant help you, I hope someone comes along who has the right answer for you. It must be so worrying to lose your vision and not knowing the cause of it.
Did you ask the doctor how he can be so sure this is not diabetes related? Perhaps you can ring back the department at the hospital, there are many patients who are initially too stumped and shocked at whats happened to them that they dont think of asking questions.
