how have your christmas day numbers been ?

I woke up on a 5.9, then lunch 4.2, haven't written down before dinner ( but I know it was single figures) and 9,0 before bed, so for the big day, pretty good , but this morning OMG..................

Merry Christmas and the New Year will be looming up pretty soon

Yer doing well.! Lol, from my experience the voddy & JD may have kept the liver too buisy with the alcohol to do any glycogen dumping in the night.?

I didn't survive it, thoose 3 shots lowered it over night, 3.3 was my waking result, i don't entirely get off scott free lol

My days haven't been too bad. My overnights have been awful (probably not helped by finishing Christmas Eve dinner at 11.30pm, then Christmas Day at 9pm). Woke to a 14 on Christmas Day. Back to normal today, now that all the silliness is done.

All I know is.. Playing the board game "the Cube" with my family while in the 3s is challenging. (Lucky, everyone else was drunk. So the playing field was level.) The TV game show don't work for me at the best of times..!

To be fair though @tim2000s . Most "norms" indulge with consequences this time of year too.. Lol we're all human.

That's what "new year resolutions" are for... Clean up our act, so we can do it all again in 12 months time...
