I know when my clinic finally agreed to get the relevant pump (Medtronic) they said it would take 3-4 weeks once ordering to receive it - this may depend on the manufacturer though - and mine was delayed further by the fact that I had to keep ringing them to get them to actually order it - they kept 'not quite getting round to it'!!! (mine was then also delayed by the first covid lockdown hitting just as the pump was received by the hospital so my training and starting was delayed by an extra 4 months). So it probably depends on the manufacturer of the pump and the competence of your diabetic clinic
