No special exercise - just moving about!wow, you are amazing, just low carb diet or with special exercise caroline? i think you can control bg without meds forever
can i know your blog, i think is very interestingNo special exercise - just moving about!
So I try and do at least 30 mins of something every day such as going for a walk with a couple of more active sessions every week eg a short jog, or bike ride.
I read somewhere the key things about choosing what exercise to do are that you will actually do it, so it needs to be easy and enjoyable, and you won’t injure yourself!
There is more on my story in my blog (not sure many people read these...)

Dr Bernstein proclaims low carb living, long term. He is a type1 thou. @Clivethedrive has been low carbing for years. Not sure if on-line at mo?I try my own version low carb diet 2 week ago. One week my Fasting BG down from 8,3 to 6,5, after that my doctor suggest me to get metformin and follow their diet program, so i stop low carb, but after one week, my fasting BG did not go down significantly, so I will start low carb diet again.
