No special exercise - just moving about!wow, you are amazing, just low carb diet or with special exercise caroline? i think you can control bg without meds forever
So I try and do at least 30 mins of something every day such as going for a walk with a couple of more active sessions every week eg a short jog, or bike ride.
I read somewhere the key things about choosing what exercise to do are that you will actually do it, so it needs to be easy and enjoyable, and you won’t injure yourself!
