80 -120g a day for me, 20 - 30g each for breakfast and lunch, and 30 - 50g for tea.
I have noticed is that as far as pasta goes, Taggliatelle I am fine with but Penne pasta sends me high, the current theory is that there is something in the sauce to thicken it more for Penne and that is what sends me high not the actual pasta.
I was on 20 to 30 a day for six weeks. Recently I've been getting a bit lightheaded and I'm not sure why. I'm definately eating enough so upping mine to 35 40 g and see if that makes a difference

Oh bless you both. Yes of course its electrolytes isn't it? Peeing on the new drug....potassium too I bet. Thankyou!
Love it!!!! Could do with some booze....frantically trying to work out what has potassium in. As can't eat bananas
Amazing. Half an hour after a chunck of salty cheddar with extra salt I'm feeling much better. Thanks you guys. ( and here's me a nurse). I should be ashamed. Lol
I was under the impression all pasta was the same, just different shapes.80 -120g a day for me, 20 - 30g each for breakfast and lunch, and 30 - 50g for tea.
I am definitely finding that it is not only the amount of carbs but the type that effects me as well. I still have some ready meals but always make sure that they have less than 50g carbs per pack, the odd one I have noticed is that as far as pasta goes, Taggliatelle I am fine with but Penne pasta sends me high, the current theory is that there is something in the sauce to thicken it more for Penne and that is what sends me high not the actual pasta.
it all grows on the same spaghetti treeI was under the impression all pasta was the same, just different shapes.
