hi all
I'm not really needing to lose weight but I'm choosing low carb again because in the past it worked to lower BG and helped neuropathy... can anyone tell me if there is a level of carbs to just stay as i am weight wise or is it trial and error.
what should my starting point be? 20g of carbs 30g 40g etc?
