Im new on the Omnipod. i had my first pod fitted on Tuesday. Today i replaced it. I changed areas and tried my tricep.
A couple of hours later the pod caught on a doorway and ripped off me. i then put a new pod on which started beeping and that had to be removed and replaced again. I have now just put on a new pod and am feeling really bad that 2 pods have been wasted as well as 400units of insulin. Am i doing something wrong or is this to be expected when you first start on the omnipod?
Is wearing the pod on the tricep a bit hard?
