On Saturday, someone asked how many pills a day I took, so I counted them, up to then, I just took them without knowing how many I did take.
Turns out I take a minimum of 27, and up to 31 pills, and 4 injections a day. Now I know where that rattling noise is coming from. :)

1 Metformin when I remember to take it.

Gosh -- poor people. I'm only on 11, but was on zero 3 years ago so still struggling to adapt. My main concern is making sure that side-effects are constantly being monitored. After cardio events the instinct seems to be to make statins, betablockers etc for life, almost regardless of cholesterol and bp levels. Has anyone out there been told to come off statins, even if they weren't getting side effects?
