How much glucose do you lose with empagliflozin?

When you take empagliflozin, some glucose are flashed in urine.

What is the amount of that glucose?

There is a study that mentions some measurements but I am not sure which is the glucose loss per day:

Hi, I think it is supposed to be around 300 calories worth. I'm unsure how this is supposed to work if on a low carb diet and whether it just pulls out pure sugar or carbs from pasta for example.
