Hi everyone,

Only became a member yesterday and have started to look around the website :shock:
There is so much information available wish I had found this website before.
I am now having a good look around as I thought I knew quite a bit about diabetes
and my diet, not sure I do now :o

Anyway just thought I would say I think the website is Brilliant. Its nice to find a website with loads of information, so, THANK YOU to all of you who set it up and have contributed to it.

Hi Mal,
There is a lot of information here and that is a good thing. Everyone who asks a question always gets an answer. It may not be straight away . You may see that different people post their experiences on a particular subject and that is the best part. You learn more from other diabetics than text books and your HCP's. We all live with it 24/7.
