(5.5) home a1cnow</p><p>11.7 = 2/5</p><p>11.6 = 3/5</p><p>11.5 = 10/5</p><p>HBA1C AT DRS = 41 (NORMAL) 15/5</p><p>11.4 = 18/5</p><p>11.3 = 9/6</p><p>11.2 = 19/6</p><p>11.1 = 22/6</p><p>10.13 = 28/6/18</p><p>10.7 in July and maintained for almost a year now without issues </p><p>4 stone total weight loss</p><p>Hba1c April 19 = 40 - officially in remission.</p><p>BMI from 31 to 21</p><p>BP down from borderline meds to athletic, averaging 110/70 !!!</p><p>Clothes size from 18/20 to size 12</p><p>All thanks to diabetes.co.uk and it's incredible forum members.</p></blockquote><p></p>
