Yes, your calculation is correct for novomix 70/30.

I see you're currently on a basal/bolus regime with Tresiba and Apidra.
Most people find a mixed insulin very restrictive. On basal and bolus, you can adjust the insulin to what you eat, but on a mixed insulin you have to adjust your food to your insulin.

Any particular reason why you're interested in a mixed insulin?

asking for a friend yeah I know you have to adjust food to the insulin her doctor didn't explain to her what to do exactly I have an accurate idea about Novomix just the calculation I needed to give her an example because she inject novorapid with the ryzodeg. I told her that she needs to eat whenever injects ryzodeg her doctor advised her to inject it with launch i told her if she is going to inject novorapid with it she will need to take into account the amount of rapid in ryzodec. she asked the doctor to change her basal because she was on Lantus twice daily after that Levemir twice daily the only reason she changed because for 21 years she was injecting basal twice daily she changed to ryzodeg because it contain insulin degludec which is good for once daily injection knowing that tresiba and toujeo not covered by insurance in my country actually tresiba may become unavailable after may 2024 in the entire country
