Someone said the other-day that the Calorie Carb & Fat Bible is around £12 on Amazon and Carbs & Cals should be under £10 (I got Carbs & Cals given so not sure on price).
There are already mobile apps about that the estimates the calorie you intake. And actually they based on books like Calorie Carb & Fat Bible. Some applications are free.
